  • Disorder as Supported by Chairs

    This piece is an excerpt of an evening-length work created as a collaboration between dancers of Urbanity 2, a Boston-based contemporary and modern dance company. The movement and structure of this excerpt investigates the dependence of disorder on established structures, tangibly represented with chairs, either as systems to fall back on or to change.

  • Dear Chat: Make It Human

    This work, performed within local shopping center, is an excerpt of Urbanity Dance’s 2025 Fall Crawl through Boston’s South End neighborhood, “Dear Chat: Make It Human.” The soundscape was generated through code created by Aubrey Cantrell (Wellesley College ‘25), which measured the dancer’s heart rates through bluetooth monitors that they wore.

    “Until Acted Upon” was selected to perform at the New Voices in Dance Concert hosted by New Century Dance Project in Santa Fe, NM. It was the recipient of the People’s Choice Choreography Award.
